Bin Vibrator is a device / equipment specially designed to ensure free flow from bins and hoppers. They are used for typical applications like powder, flakes, crystals, etc. where material has an inherent tendency to clog or stick to the walls of silo or bin. Bin vibrator helps in overcoming the frictional force between material and bin skin, and ensure a free flow and discharge.

A bucket elevator is conveyor equipment for carrying bulk materials in a vertical or inclined path. Bucket elevators for the mechanical, vertical transportation of materials have become a crucial link in the production process in many industrial sectors. A typical bucket elevator constitutes bucket (cups)belt, chains, drive arrangement, support casing etc. Industrial bucket elevators come in varied shapes and sizes suiting the application requirement. Densifying screw feeders is a device which has a typical application especially for powders, which are light weight, has substantial air entrapment, and characterizes difficulty to flow freely by virtue of gravity. They are used to remove the entrapped air from flowing powder, compacting it and enhancing the bulk density, ultimately ensuring a free flow and discharge without affecting the settling time and accuracy levels.

The Rotary Airlock valves provides feeding and metering functionality in material transport application and provides an optimum airlock functions especially in variable phase material flow. It prevents air pressure loss and ensures free flow of material downstream. Rotary feeders are primarily used for discharge of bulk solid material from hoppers/bins, receivers, and cyclones into a pressure or vacuum-driven pneumatic conveying system.

The screw feeders are mostly used to handle sluggish and fine powders, which do not tend to free flow by gravity. Screw feeders impart a force or push, thereby inducing fluidization and ensuring flow-ability. The pitch of screw increases towards the discharge end.

The pneumatic conveying system is a method of conveying dry material in a pipeline through air without any moving parts. The pneumatic conveying is necessarily custom made conveying system & based on product characteristics, particle size, throughput capacity, number of sources and number of destinations. Each pneumatic conveying system is designed & customized as per the application popularly known as custom conveyor system.

FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container), also known as Big Bags, are economically and environmentally reasonable large size packages for storage and shipment of bulk solids. The semi-automatic weighing and bagging machine is used to fill in large quantities of material in big bags at reasonable speeds.
Gravity feeders are usually used for such applications where material tends to flow freely without any difficulty. The discharge happens through gravity chute. They are used mostly in granular free flow products. It is ideally suited for low capital investment and high speed application.
Motorized feeders are usually used for such applications where material tends to flow freely without any difficulty. They are used mostly in powedery free flow products. It is ideally suited for low capital investment and high speed application.
This is used for materials which are difficult to transport and donot flow freely by virtue of gravity. The basic principle is imparting a mechanical force or push to ensure, the material flows freely and accuracy in weighing is maintained. They are mostly used for powder applications.
Here a belt is used for transporting granular and free flowing products. This machine is easy to operate, low cost and helps in achieving high bagging rates.
The duplex or matrix type machine is used for achieving high bagging rates and comes equipped with one or more hooopers through which the material is fed continuously into the bag. This machine comes with individual controllers which are interconnected with a PLC module for seamless control. An advantage of this type of matrix design is that one weigher can be put into maintenance imtermittently, without shutting down the unit completely.
In open mouth type fully automatic machine, the bagging and weighing functions are performed automatically with zero manual interface. Feeding system equipped with one auger feeder with double speed motor for coarse and fine feeding. The weighing is done using 2 load cells. The structure is composed of main following sub units:
1. Automatic Bag Loading Station
2. Bag Filling Station
3. Bag Closing Unit
The operation is synchronized with a synchronized with Touch screen based PLC interfaced micro controller, which is a microprocessor itself and this is capable of storing multi recipes and gives information about critical data like inflight weight, weighment logs, last weighment etc.

In this type of bagging, valve bag filler is used to bag metered quantity of product into the bag efficiently. An open sleeve is used in the bag to fill the product. The process of filling valve bags begins with the placement of an empty bag on the fill spout of the valve bag packer. The fill spout of the packer is suspended from an electronic load cell that accurately weighs the amount of product in the bag. The bag can be placed on the fill spout by hand or in automated systems by a robotic valve bag placer. Once the bag is completely filled, the material contained in the bag pushes the sleeve or valve shut while the bag kicker removes the bag from the filler. The fill spout on the valve bag fillers can be designed with air reliefs which work in conjunction with bag perforations to allow displaced air to escape the bag during the fill cycle. Different methods are used to transfer the product into the bag depending on the nature of the product :
1. Valve Packer
2. Pneumatic Packer – Compressed air is used to allow escape of air trapped inside bag, following the path of least resistance and thereby allowing products to get settled in bag
3. Augar Packer – For granular products
4. Impeller packers

The full form is Form fill and seal machine. They belong to the class of packaging machine, which form fill and seal a package on the same machine. There are usually 2 types – Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine, Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machine. In all FFS Machines, packaging material is fed off a roll, shaped, and sealed. The bags/packs are then filled, sealed and separated.

The fully automatic jumbo bagging machine is required where large quantities of material is to be filled in big bags in a single filling and at high speeds. The advantages of this machine are its speed, reduced human labour, high efficiency, and economy of operation.

Metal detector detects metal in a filled bag when the bag passes through its electro-magnetic field. When metal is detected in the bag passing through the metal detector, the same is rejected by the bag rejection system ahead of the metal detector. Such bags slide down the non-driven roller conveyor. Metal free bags are transferred to the next system without any stoppage.
A check-weigher is an automatic or manual machine for checking the weight of packaged commodities. It is normally found at the off-going end of a production process and is used to ensure that the weight of a pack is within specified limits. Any packs that are outside the tolerance are taken out of line automatically, usually through the rejection chute. Check-weigher can be used with metal detectors and X-ray machines to enable other attributes of the pack to be checked and acted upon accordingly.

A slat conveyor consists of one or more endless chains to which horizontal spaced slats are attached to form a moving support for the objects being conveyed. Slat Conveyors are used in horizontal conditions and operating at relatively slow speeds. They are generally used to move items that are not typically conveyable on rollers or belts, due to an irregular shape or bottom condition. They can also be used in assembly operations by modifying the slats to accommodate assembly fixtures.

A gravity conveyor having a track of parallel tubular rollers set at a definite grade, usually on antifriction bearings, atfixed locations, over which package goods which are sufficiently rigid to prevent sagging between rollers are moved by gravity or propulsion. A gravity conveyor moves the load without utilizing motor power sources, usually down an incline or through a person pushing the load along a flat conveyor. Gravity conveyors transport products or work in process from one work area to another.

The Heavy-Duty 90-Degree Pop-up Pallet Transfer Conveyors are ideal for right angle transferring of pallets or loads from a Belt-Driven Live Roller Conveyor to another. Several standard combinations are available, from two, three or four strands of 2" pitch, plastic conveyor chains. Special "C" shape of UHMW wear strips are used to support the chain. Pneumatic air bags and a special linkage mechanism of this heavy-duty conveyor enable accurate and smooth lifting and lowering of pallets, drums, etc.
This conveyor system is featured with simultaneous mobility of top and bottom flaps. Also, it has uniformed and controlled pressure during tape applications. Additionally, the system squeezes rollers by providing extra space for perfect movement. Also, this conveyor system is built and developed adhering to industry standards.

Telescopic Conveyors are Conveyors whose length can be varied by telescoping slides on the frame. A telescoping conveyor is a flat conveyor that operates on telescopic slider beds. They are popular at receiving and shipping docks where the conveyor is extended into inbound or outbound trailers for unloading or loading respectively.
  • These conveyors are used for loading of boxes and cartons in trucks and containers
  • Time Saving Operation: The loading and unloading of the truck can be done in minutes.
  • Variability in design configuration as per requirement - Telescopic conveyors are available in various configurations. It consists of fixed portion and sliding portion for telescopic action. Projection can be in single, double or three stages depending on requirement. This conveyor can be made mobile and inclination of conveyor can be varied hydraulically

Tilting and Turning devices are used when positioning involves the lifting, tilting, or turning of a load. They can be used to reduce or limit a worker’s lifting and/or reaching motions. Pallet load levelers are lift and turn tables used in manual palletizing to reduce the amount of bending and stooping involved with manually loading a pallet by combining a lifting and turning mechanism with a device that lowers the table as each layer is completed so that loading always takes place at the optimal height of 30 inches.
Flatteners are required for palletizing operations where the filled bags are pillow shaped and cannot be stacked properly during palletizing. There are two major types of Flatteners.
Salient Features:
  • A Spring Loaded drum above the Flattener Belt: The drum is hung from the top supported by two springs and pressurizes the bag. The drum is lifted up with the springs if the pressure on the bag is more than required. This protects the filled bag passing through this part of flattener. The height of the drum from the flattener belt can also be adjusted for optimum pressure on the filled bags
  • A motorized belt: Conveyor is hung from the top frame above the Flattener Conveyor by four movable links. Any extra pressure exerted on the bag is taken care of by these movable links.

They are positioned after the bag closing conveyor and pushes the bag at right angles for further transportation in the downstream. Bag pusher do away with pipe bars, wheels, etc. Bag pushers are fast, reliable and work at speeds of up to 20 bags per minute. It is suitable for jute, poly, or paper bags ranging in size from 15 kg to 60 kg. It is easily adjustable up or down to suit any size bag. Bag pushing speed is also adjustable.

We deliver palletizers of the following types:
Gantry Palletizer:
It is a low cost palletizer. The same can be offered for low palletizing speed of 4 bags per min. It works on a 3-axis system and is controlled by Stepper Motors, Photo-electric sensors and pneumatics. The Pick and Place operations are configured by the PLC Logic. Number of bags per layer and the total number of layers is limited to 6 layers in a standard version.
Robotic Palletizer:
The Robotic palletizer is a sophisticated and costlier version. It works on 6 Axis and controlled by Servo motors for perfect accuracy and high speed of the operations. Speed of this palletizer is in the range of 18 to 22 bags/ minute. The same can be offered for sophisticated automatic and high speed bagging lines.

Wrapping Machines are used to keep bags on the pallet intact with the pallets. Certain hygroscopic material, when filled in the bags requires stretch film wrapping to preserve the material during storage or overseas shipments. Auto Pallet wrapping machines can be offered for such requirements.
Stretch hood wrapping :
Stretch hood is the solution to stabilize and handle very unstable loads. By use of the right unitization technology you can minimize the most prevalent types of damage to loads such as shifting, ripped or loose packing, crushing, water damage and infestation. The stretch hood is made from a continuous roll of gusseted film which is stretched over the pallet load for maximum load integrity. It's a fully automatic operation where the machine automatically adjusts to the pallet height in question.
Shrink wrapping :
Pallet shrink wrap provides important protection of goods and connects them to a pallet for safe transportation or storage by keeping the items tightly bound and protected from the elements. The shrink hood is blown up like a balloon and then applied over the load safely and without touching it. After application, the film hood is shrunk by means of heat and load and pallet are kept tightly together thanks to our bottom shrink system. The film hood is applied vertically from the top of the machine and helps save film, as it is possible to reduce the film circumference and still guarantee a safe non-contact hood application. Shrink is especially suitable for glass products and products with uneven shapes - shrink wrapping is for all shapes and sizes.
In impulse heat sealing there are usually 1 or 2 heating element of Nichrome, placed between a resilient synthetic rubber and a release surface of film or fabric. The heating action occurs only electric current is passed at a specified temperature and pressure, provided the surfaces are held closely, the heat sealing happens.

Dust collecting systems helps maintain the bagging area/plant free of dust. This system is customized as per the number of machines and the overall bagging equipment.

This system is used to close all types of bags (paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene) by plain sewing. The operator reforms the bag top and puts the bag into the sewing machine. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. Once the sewing process is complete, the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the mini system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled by a footswitch.

The automated stitching machine is used in typical bag closing applications especially, where cycle time is very short and through put is high. These machines can deliver stitch width from 5mm to 9mm with variable speed pulley provision that allows easy synchronization with existing conveyors. With the presence of all moving parts provided in main housing, this also assures of achieving completely sealed environment that safeguards the machines against influx possibilities of dirt and other foreign particles.

In handheld stitch machine, there is fixed mounting to the floor. They are used for different type of bags like Paper, PE, PP, Jute etc. having thickness in order of 120 Microns. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the sewing head (with shear type knife) by hand. The sewing process starts when the footswitch is activated by the operator. At the end of the process, the operator has to push the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor has to be controlled with the footswitch of the system.

In ultrasonic sealing machine, the sealing is achieved by friction generation process, where localized heat, due to the molecular movement of the two layers at the point of contact with the vibrating electrode. The molecules of the two films do not only change their position, but they bind to each other, thus forming the weld. The Ultrasonic Sealer effectively closes the bag’s valve before it is moved from its original filling position. This bag closer ensures a highly sanitary operation while handling dusty products. A positive closure is obtained even through heavily contaminated valves. To fill & close bags cleanly, dust collection is active throughout the entire cycle. The dust puff released by filled bags when discharged onto the conveyor is completely eliminated by the sealed valve. Its simple design minimizes wearing parts. Following this principle, wet, damp or dusty surfaces can be hermetically sealed, achieving full strength for maximum production speeds.
